I'll never forget the first time it happened...

A female client had come to me months earlier, feeling down about herself. She told me she hated the way she looked. Hated her reflection in the mirror. Felt shame and embarrassment about her lumps and bumps.

As a personal trainer, I knew exactly what to do to get her into the shape she wanted to be in and was excited to show her what she was capable of.

And so, our journey together began. I mapped out her program...designed a week-by-week plan..., and we got to work.

If she stuck to it, within ninety days, she'd be a new woman. Or so I thought.

Here's what actually happened...

She stuck to the plan...she put the effort in...the weight did drop off her, and to me and everyone else around her she looked like a completely different woman.

The problem was that she didn't feel different about herself. Her reflection was different, sure. Her relationship with her reflection, though, whilst slightly better, still wasn't good.

I've Seen This Happen So Often To Women In My 25 Plus Years As A Personal Trainer

Their body changes, but how they feel about their body doesn't.

Over time, I realised I'd been sold a bit of a lie. All of us women have (men too, by the way). The lie is this: If you get your body looking "perfect", you'll feel amazing about yourself.

As A Personal Trainer With A Big Heart I Found This Devastating

Most women who lose a significant amount of body fat struggle to keep it off—80% regain it within a year, and studies show that 95% of diets fail overall. In fact, two-thirds of dieters end up gaining back even more weight within 4–5 years, proving the diet industry’s approach rarely leads to lasting results.

The Clue Is Found In The International Journal Of Women's Health

A study featured in The International Journal Of Women's Health in 2012 holds the key...

60-80% of young female students had been on a diet within the previous year, yet only 11% were actually overweight or obese.

This is a reflection of how women in general think — even if they're not overweight, they think they are. And for most women, as their body changes, they lose pounds and the scale goes down... but how they feel about themselves doesn't change.

This Discovery Set Me Out On A Journey To Find The Answer

The more I saw this in my personal training business the more disheartened I became. I'd spent years becoming an amazing personal trainer but the minds and souls of clients often were not transforming.

I knew I wasn't in personal training just to change a number on a weighing scale. I was in it to change lives and make people feel great about themselves.

So I decided to get to the root cause of the three challenges I saw women face:

The Motivation Challenge

Getting started with a diet or exercise regimen

The Adherence Challenge

Sticking with a diet or exercise regimen

The Embodiment Challenge

Feeling good about yourself — regardless of your body

After Many Years Of Searching — I Found A Breakthrough

I studied with many experts...read countless books...got certified in multiple different modalities... but not THE thing.

Then one random Tuesday...

I found it. A specific approach to psychological transformation that had been used with celebrities, athletes, millionaire CEO's and more. And this was being used in the States, too!

Could I apply this to women who simply want to feel great about themselves and get healthier in the process?

I tested this breakthrough with my clients. The results were stunning. Women who struggled for years were finally experiencing lasting transformation - not just in their bodies, but in how they felt about themselves.

Those Transformations Have Driven Me To Share This With The World

To ensure I can help as many women who battle with their reflection, their diet, and their workouts release that shame and pressure using the PJ7 Protocol.

I've combined The Innate Wellbeing Process with the inside-out understanding of change and decades of my experience working with women into a unique process I call  The PJ7 Protocol.

The PJ7 Protocol can be applied to any form of psychological struggle and suffering because it gets to the root cause of why humans have challenges. However, I specialize in applying this process to women who struggle with what they see in the mirror.
